They are sure right about all of us having stories to tell.
Everyone knows that truckers have the best stories.
Usally about thier wife leaving and taking thier dog and pick up with them.
Now as a trucker I am glad to see I am not alone.
Chin up you'll get her done, good things come to those that work!!!

I hear yah creep! Every time I get 500 saved up for something big, bam it's gone!
I don't think I'll ever save enough to professionally paint my truck! My wife is ok with hot rodding hobby as long as I pay for it out of the "hobby fund" which like yours, only grows slowly! But at least it will be paid for when done, and heck I've learned all kinds of stuff doing it myself!" "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.

I think ya got me mixed up with the creep.
DQ, I don't get OT either. Last summer I did 115-120 hours a week for 5 weeks straight.... like to have killed me.
Living well? I dunno, somewhere in Georgia there is a nice house I pay for, I'm in the floating metal can. When I get home we're broke somehow.
Who ya work for? I'm chief engineer, ocean towing for Weeks.

or as a friend of mine says, "You don't pay them for the sex, you pay them to leave when you're done."
I wanted to complain about this NZ slang business, but I see it was resolved before it mattered. LOL..
