Well, guys,I have had a good week,up until earlier tonight..I rang a friend up in Tauranga,[4hrs drive north]to ask about the charge for a trade plot at the swap meet this weekend, got the price, and he[Kiwi dreamer],told me of the accident at the port on Monday, where a guy was hit by a forklift...fatally injured, which I had heard earlier in the week...He was one of our own NSRA NZ members,a real nice guy, early 60s,...Double tragedy, really,as his wife was in Australia comforting their son who has just lost his partner to cancer, and got told of the accident while she was over there...We are just plain GUTTED...We spend a reasonable amount of time up in that area, and do the Tauranga events as often as we can,,and to lose a good friend like Brian..So,we are going up tomorrow, funeral on Saturday..He is lying in state,in the garage, next to his 69 Mustang,a car guy to the end..Please,guys,a prayer for his family, and his club mates too, would be much appreciated.
