Student who electrocuted his nipples sues teacher
Someone slap this moron & his parents.......

A student whose heart stopped after he deliberately electrocuted himself in a science class is suing his teacher for not warning him it was dangerous.
Kyle Dubois, 18, is also taking legal action against the school district and the city of Dover in New Hampshire.
Dubois and his parents claim teacher Thomas Kelley did not tell him and other students of the dangers of the demonstration power cords in their electrical trades class.
They are seeking compensation for medical expenses, lost income due to time away from work and other damages related to the incident, which occurred on March 11.
Dubois attached an electrical clamp to one nipple while another student attached another clamp to the other. A third student plugged in the cord.
Dubois was critically injured and his legal team claim he has suffered permanent brain damage.
He was initially taken to Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, where he was diagnosed as having an ‘out of hospital electrocution resulting in cardiac arrest, unresponsive state and respiratory failure,’ according to the lawsuit.
He was later taken to Massachusetts General Hospital where doctors drilled a hole in his skull in order to insert a probe to monitor the pressure on his brain.
Dubois left hospital on March 16.
The lawsuit alleges Mr Kelley knew what his students were doing and claims: ‘One student heard Mr Kelley state that Kyle should try it with his nipples and that he, Mr Kelley, would give him a Mountain Dew if he did so.’
Several students reportedly told police Mr Kelley was involved in the dare, but confusingly, Dubois has since defended his teacher and claimed it was a fellow student who challenged him and offered him the drink.
Mr Kelley resigned about a month after the incident and has declined to comment on the matter.
Police have filed no criminal charges in the investigation. The case is set to return to court on November 2.Donate Blood,Plasma,Platelets & sign your DONORS CARD & SAVE a LIFE

Either we are alone in the Universe or we are not.
Both are equally terrifying.

I'd guess the brain damage was a pre-existing condition. Who with a minimum of active brain cells lets someone plug him in to a wall outlet?

As children we have all been bitten by electricity, one would think he would have known better. MORON is an understatement! I sure hope the teacher had nothing to do with it. There are moron teachers too.

After more thinking on this "Darwin Nominee", I had this additional thought.
Any educational facility that would offer up an experiment with a potential lethal amount of available voltage without "immediate responsive professional supervision" in case something went wrong needs some major restructuring and discipline.

Please God, let me be on that jury. What an idiot. What is even more shocking is that some Attorney would actually take this case. No wonder law professionals have such a low opinion rating.
What a lesson his Parents have taught this young man about taking responsibility for your own actions. Someone should hook them up to the same electric cord.

The typical response to any disaster seems to be "It's not my fault, who can I sue?"
Brain damage is definitely a pre-existing condition.
AND, what's wrong with the parents?????????????Buying parts I don't need, with money I don't have, to impress people I don't like

When I was in the 9th grade I was in wood working shop. No one had to tell any of us that the saw would cut your hand off. This kid is 18 come on! Parents should blame themselves. They should be prosecuted for not teaching their son common sense and disrupting the school year. The school should counter sue. Teaching common sense is not their job!

Typical. Do something stupid, then try to find some way to avoid responsibility for your actions. God knows this kid has a Political career ahead of him. Hell he already has a hole in his head!" "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.
