that is also true tech. the teachers are not paid enough and alot of parents just send their kids to school because it is the law.
we had the legal issues..... well worth it tho.
10 years we've been homeschooling. It makes sense tho, the wife had no drugs at their birth, we sewed diapers for them because we thought it was better.... we have not owned a TV since 1996 because books are cool! so why not homeschool?

anyway, hows the engine swap going?

Welcome to the wonderful world of engine swaps.

I've done enough swaps over the years I've lost count and these things happen.

You've made some wonderful progress so far, so don't let it get you down. Just remember that a change in one thing can lead to other changes that need to be made "down stream" so thing everything through.

Hang in there, you'll be roasting tires on no time.
I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

While we are waiting for the startup news I just wanted to mention that somewhere just north of Elkton Md on a two lane blacktop road that runs parallel to I-95 there is still a sign denoting the Mason-Dixon line. Regarding education, one can wonder whether the country really only needs 100 new scientists each year or whether our culture disrespects arithmetic. Certainly most of the people in Congress cannot add! I do wonder whether really only a few people are born with mathematical ability or our culture discourages it but other nations often exceed average U.S. school age performance in Mathematics. I hate to say it but even professional societies like the American Chemical Society have reduced math requirements and requirements for courses that need mathematics. I am almost finished a grindingly difficult process in writing a textbook to try to meet this need and I will be glad to finish this Fall because I still need to fire up my SBC350 and finally mount the hood on my '29. Unfortunately my son is not interested so I know how different the situation is with/without help. I am considering providing the beer for one or two local rodders but that may have to wait until next Spring.
