I have to say I have not done body work on a hoist before but it sure makes it easy to find scratches then sand them out.Charlie

I did the chassis on the '33 - did what my paint guy calls "sugar coat" which is a couple of coats of single stage, then a final coat of single stage mixed 50/50 with clear. Gives the easier application of the single stage, plus on that last coat the pigment settles to the bottom, letting the clear add depth. That's the plan for the body, too, unless I opt for having it sprayed. Naaaaah, I'll do it myself!! Can't stand to say, "Oh, that was done by so & so's shop." I much prefer, "Yeah, I did it myself so if you see flaws keep them to yourself!!"Roger
