Oh man, Joe, I never heard of that ailment. I looked it up and it must be terrible for her and maybe even worse for you and the family.
Our thoughts and prayers are for all of you. Maybe the worst is over.

Saw her again today & she said she was feeling real good, but the docs are playing around w/her meds & insulin to readjust things for the better. She said they way the doc was talking she may be in a few days more before they let her loose.Donate Blood,Plasma,Platelets & sign your DONORS CARD & SAVE a LIFE

Brought her home today, they delayed it a day because of her blood sugar being high.
Those stupid SOB's weren't giving her enough insulin all week long.
Once I questioned what was going on(Denise already had) they seem to figure out the problem(amazing) adjusted correctly & everything was fine.
Well duhhhhhhhhhhhh, give her the right amounts of insulin & maybe her blood sugars would have been correct.
It was apparent that the primary care doctor's partner didn't know about Denise's insulin amounts & thought they were a crazy high amount to give. Going to talk to her primary care doctor and make sure this is red flagged so it doesn't happen again.
Once again thanks everyone...joeLast edited by TooMany2count; 10-24-2010 at 07:40 PM.
