PO'd at the Post Office
Ya know it pisses me off when stuff like this happens.
Yes I know mail gets lost and/or damaged.
BUT what they did to me was like rubbing salt in an open cut.
Now I don't know if it was a letter, a card or even a box.
I have no idea who or where it came from or even what may have been in it
What I got yesterday was a clear plastic bag in it w/the normal mumbo jumbo on it from the US Post Service say "WE CARE" on it.
What was in it is below.
A piece of paper that tore in several pieces YET they find enough of it to tape some it together & give it to me.
My question is 1st WHY even send me what is left, it proves NOTHING.
Secondly, IF you found this much of it where in the hell is the rest
A trip to the local main office of the Post Office is in the very near future...joe
yes I distorted my address, didn't want any of you hoodlums signing me up for junk mail & porn....lol

Either we are alone in the Universe or we are not.
Both are equally terrifying.

My wife's folks sent us a Christmas check a few years ago and the envelope and check were torn in two. You could not tell how much the check was made out for, but it did have my wife's name written out.

I know somebody who used to work in the post office and he had quite a few years in. For years, there would be days that he just decided not to go to work. They finally got tired of his crap and fired him so now he and his wife have lost their house and are living off us. There just isn't that desire or passion to do your best work for your paycheck anymore because a lot of people feel like they deserve their check without having to work for it.

I know the feeling nunattax I get rag tops and running boards a car show newsletter and it's always been opened and checked out. I get newsletters and invitations from casinos and four out of five are torn opened.
one of the postal carriers in my neighboring county got busted for delivering meth and pot her boy friend was growing and manufacturing. wonder what the postage was for that and was it considered hazardous materials.
fine bunch of people.

I used to get mail of some sort 6 days a week. Now I am lucky to get mail even 3 days a week and most of that is junk mail. Makes you wonder where all of that mail is.
A while back I heard that a postal delivery person got caught with years worth of mail in their garage that they were supposed to deliver.

I get a few car magazines every month. A few months back I got my hotrod magazine cover. Yeah, a cover thats all I got. I took it to the post office and the girl took me in the back and showed me a big tub of magazines, and told me to help my self to any of them. They probably were 2 dozen or so in there all torn in some way. No hotrod but I did get some that I normally don't get.wkends
