If they wont run well, then the volume from the speakers on the first one, at least can be turned up all the way for some added thrust assist. Gotta be from Thailand tho.

Actually I think they are popular in Japan... or in some Asian country. There is some lettering on them, if you can decipher it. :-) It's probably the name of a local club like... "Lock & Loll Custom Van Crub". :-)

BTW... Some of you guy's replies are really funny!! :-)~ LOL!!!

And to think that back in the '60s some people thought hippies smoking weed came up with some crazy looking vans, this takes it to a new level!! Wonder what they're on??

They are a Japanese van with a truely hideous body kit.

New Zealand imports grillions of second hand Japanese cars each year and a few of these things sneak onto the boats

We mock them mercilessly down here too.

Most have big stereos and velour type custom upholstery and a 2-3 litre engine.

Huge trend in japan right now! I will agree that they are extremely fugly, but i kind of like em! They are a very unique style and culture paving their own way in a world full of copycats.

Its kinda refreshing to see something new in the world of customs.

But you cant hold that against the japanese! those guys are killing it with 60`s inspired rods and customs.
