Never set through more than a couple minutes of any type of ballgame in my life. Even in high school band when attendance was mandatory me and the girlfriend could be found else where when we weren't playing music.
So, no. I couldn't care less. I do watch Thomas the Tank Engine on Saturday morning though.theres no foo like an old foo

I have the game on not 4' from my right ear as I type on the 'puter. I don't know how it's gettin' by me but it seems every time I look up at the screen the score has changed. I thought I was paying closer attention than that. I promise to do better."PLAN" your life like you will live to 120.

I watched the first half because my daughter guilted me into it. Otherwise, I'd be in the garge with the game NOT on. Funny, I don't usually have NASCAR on the garage TV either. I do try and watch drag racing, but I'm not big follower and couldn't tell you more than a handfull of the top names. Guess I'm not much of a sports fan. Oh well.

There's a problem when it cost a family of 4 roughly $1000 to go see a bunch of millionaires chase a ball around a field in frigid weather. No thanks I'd rather watch
the president's state of the union address (which I rate worse than cutting grass or shoveling snow). How many lumps ya want with that?

I watched most of the first half then when the half time "entertainment" came on, went to do some sheet rock work which was richly rewarding (OMG - more BS)
The opinion poll showed about what I figured - most of us here - just do not give a tinkers dam' about football. Now, I wonder about the Daytona 500 which is coming up in 13 days............ I will watch that as it's beyond habitDave W
I am now gone from this forum for now - finally have pulled the plug
