bought the house without the wife even looking at it...
I did that once. Her first inkling of what was going on was when I came home and said " Start packing, we're moving ! "
She first saw the property when we pulled in with the first load, about oh-dark-thirty. Didn't even get a good look at it until the next morning. She was pleased with it though. It was a HUGE step up from where we were living, in the 'bad' part of town..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

The only border close to you now is the Red River and those pesky Texans.

Looking good, Don, now watch the slab get smaller and smaller - - - - lol When do you hope to have her finished?
Hope you are enjoying Duncan. I used to have lots of family there but they have all since passed on. Does Haliburton still call it home?.
