Just read this, met Joe once at Rockford Ill. drags in the 70's very nice guy.

Another Icon of rodding gone. Hot Rod Heaven sure must be filling up fast with all the guys we grew up reading about and knowing. The hobby is aging.

Man, did he have sum tricks for them Olds motors, sure got the Big Block
Chevy boys attention, when that 472 Olds would blow by em in the lights!!!
