I hear ya on the ones sitting around OSK, They never end up doing anything with them.
Most of the time when I would see old cars somewhere and stop to have a look they would be all rusted out.
They looked good from the street but when you got up close it was another story.
    That was in Florida.
That ain't the case out here in Nevada, I would say 99% are worth restoring that I have seen.
Lots of good solid cars out here.

I grew up in the rust belt, and moved to the Southwest 25 years ago so I speak from firsthand experience. Car guys often come down with a mild condition when they get settled in out here. It’s known as Kid in a Candy Store Syndrome.

As far as I know it’s not curable, but the symptoms become a bit more mild as time goes by. No, you can’t buy them all......I personally have managed to limit myself to about 1 a year so you see it is controllable.
I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

The best part of living close to Vegas is all the good shows you can see. The wife and I just got tickets for saturday the 24, Styx and REO yep looking forward to that at the Hard Rock casino.

The lung nodules have shrunk down so I am breathing better Don.
I still have alot of scarring so my breathing won't ever be the same.
But it's probably as good as it will ever get now.
The good thing is no new lung infection.
