PhotoBucket Help
Anyone know the steps in Photobucket to link multiple images together to get past the five image limit on CHR? I've looked, but it is not obvious to me how to lump pictures together into one image, and stay beneath the file size limits, too. Just wondering, as it makes posting shots from a show a lot quicker, I assume.Roger

User, yes. Pro, no......I don't know how you can post more than 5 actual photos on CHR, but you can post the link to a whole album like this El Segundo Main Street Car Show 2011 pictures by 37Fordguy - Photobucket . You probably knew that already...;-)"It is not much good thinking of a thing unless you think it out." - H.G. Wells

Yep, I do know how to post a link to an album, but there's some way to link multiple pictures together into one JPG file within Photobucket, I think, but it may be some other software. Here's a link to one that has the feature - http://www.clubhotrod.com/hot-rod-pi...lots-them.htmlRoger

When you wave your mouse over the thumbnail of the desired pic in your photobucket album. a box will appear for sharing an image. Click on the last sub-box that says " IMG Code". it will copy the link to that pic.
On here, right mouse click and select paste. The photobucket link should appear.
Club Hot Rod will let you paste 35 picture links in a single post. There are two things in life where penetration is really important.....and one of them is welding.

DUH! I kept trying to use the process as "attachment" rather than simply pasting the link into the text. Works slick when you don't add steps.....Last edited by rspears; 09-22-2011 at 08:45 AM.

I noticed that you added commas between the photobucket IMG codes. Hitting ENTER twice also works well in pasting the pic and putting a line between the pics. There are two things in life where penetration is really important.....and one of them is welding.

Yeah, the first set I copied & pasted the image codes one by one, using the comma, and your double ENTER would be better. Not sure why that one posted side by side...
On the second & third batches I went to the bottom of the display page in Photobucket, clicked "Select All" and then in the Action box I selected Image Code, Full size and pasted page by page which was a lot quicker, but no lines, no spaces. I'll play with it a bit later to see if I can figure out how to optimize my process.Roger
