Thanks for that as I have always wondered what the story was. Pity NZ didn't change over in the fifties too as our largest imported vehicles were all from the USA as the UK taxes etc were too expensive. Most of our early logging trucks were from either Canada or USA as the English trucks just couldn't cut the mustard for power in both the weight or terrain they had to tackle.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.
