It must be in the east wing, just past the fireplace and before the entertainment room!
...at least I'm enjoying the ride!

That is a fugly RV. Outside as well as inside.

As far as 40 feet? No big deal any longer in the US. 43 and 45 footers are "normal". Then leather, TV's and adjoining bath rooms - even my mid range 34' 5th wheel has them. Unfortunately mine only has a 26" TV and the fireplace option wasn't checked off.

I wonder where you store the firewood? Looks like it's lined with marbel on the walls, or maybe granite, must help it achieve that 20 ton weight!

The fireplace would be either propane or electric - as they are in the US.

I was just looking at one of the RV sites I follow - granite counter tops and tile bath/kitchen and some floors are now the norm in some of the $200K and up motor homes as well as some of the $75K and up 5th wheels.

But for Europe - grandiose, as they have porta pottys and tiny bunks in many of their dinky "caravans"

When I do get to restore my RV there will be a combination of heated tile in the bathroom, wood, and thick pile carpet.Because of the camp sites and the dust, you do want to limit the amount of carpet. That is why you see wood floors on some of the newer stuff. It's easier to take care of.
