    I need help downloading this video to my computer.....

     



    While doing some research on my family history I came across a very short video addressed to me from my son while he was stationed in Iraq for Fathers Day 2007.
    It is something that I had never seen before & would like to download it & then save it on my Photobucket account but can not figure out how to even download it to my computer.
    I tried for the past 2weeks just trying to get that video to play.
    But thankfully they must have fixed that part because today it finally played for me.
    I have also logged in several times trying to download it but haven't figured out how yet
    Anybody have an idea how to do it????...joe

    joe try downloading it with real player. i just tried it and it allowed me to do it. when you start the video the real player icon will appear right above the video. just click it to download.

    It says you have to regester and login to down load, I didn't do that but maybe you did. I seen no video there

    I finally figured out what was wrong. I needed to update my Real Player program...thanks everyone...joe

    Barb, it was your email that asked me to update my Real Player program when i went to play it.
    When it was done updating & I logged back on went back to the link I posted & up popped the Real Player record button above the screen.
