Over here in So'Eastern Mass., we've got very high winds and just a dusting of snow so far. Power is still on (fingers crossed) and it should be clearing this afternoon.

    9.25" at the house
1.75" at the shop (only 9 miles east and 124 feet below house level)

Took me longer to plow the driveway (includes snowblow the sidewalk) and front of my property at the house than it did for me to plow the entire private cauldersac and 50 spot fenced in parking lot at the shop

This is from Thursday's little storm!!

Here, today, on the normally frozen tundra of Upstate NY, only about an inch or so - and that's about melted. Not too far East of me, in Western MA, so far, up to 26-28 inches. Our power went out for about 4.5 hours, but nothing unusual with our lousy power supplier, National Grid.

406rich...you are a stirrer... yeah, terrible weather you westies get... Dave W,,your poodle doesnt look impressed,,at all..This storm might just be one of those out of season type hiccups..We had one a couple of years back,,where we got snow on the mountain two days before Christmas..Come to think of t,,we had one in July, too,,when we had snow on the whole town, and a bit further south..Not a lot for most people, but it was the first time we had it at our place..
Grandpa Dave S....you got ya snow shoes ready??If you guys get too much this winter, you will have to fit the girls out with fluorescent clothing,so you can find them in the snow..
