Roch is like the Albany-Saratoga area - it's all relative and you need to have 'positive' thinking when you go out the door. Short sleeves? Yep. Jacket? Yep. Heavy coat? Yep. Gloves? Yep. Thermal skivvies? Maybe. Or all of the above on a single day.

Like the weather here, when they say 20% chance of rain, they mean 100% chance of rain at my house! Been cold here at night! Was about 38 degrees last night, with a high of around 70. I leave for work in shorts and a tee shirt at 2p.m., and need two extra layers when I get home at midnight and it's 30 degrees cooler! Very wierd for the late season warmth hear. Normally by now we should of been having rain for at least 2 weeks, no sun, and slightly warmer temps at night because of the rain. This is more like January weather where you get a great day, with sun, once in a while, get stupid, jump on the Harley, and go for a long ride, only to return, with frozen fingers and knees! Looking like this guy!
