MikeB,
In Issaquah (just across the lake from Seattle and a little east for those who don't know) at least I have a few Republican neighbors.

Teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime.
2012 Updated Chicago Revision:
Give a man a welfare check, a free cell phone with unlimited free minutes, free internet, cash for his clunker, food stamps, section 8 housing, free contraceptives, Medicaid, ninety-nine weeks of unemployment, free medicine, and he will vote Democratic the rest of his life…and even after he's dead.

Mailed in vote last month. Now I guess we all wait, hope and pray that who we feel is the best choice, not only wins, but actually does something to better this country and help the people out!" "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.

Don't be alarmed when you see early returns favoring Obama. The republicans will be voting when they get off work this evening.
Vote people - I have no time for whiners, especially those who do nothing to change the situation!!

Well, to quoted Dandy Don Meredith;
"Turn out the lights, the party is over"...
Now let's hope some bi-partisanship politics will come into play and Congress can go back to work with some sort of spirit of cooperation with the other side and this country can continue healing (hopefully a lot faster) and for a change do what's best for America and not just what's best for their party...Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

I'm stunned. Am I the only one whom is tired of a minority of States dictating our elections?
I would say at least he can't make a third term, but with the little regard he has for the constitution, that would be a poor bet.

I am now thoroughly convinced we have, the United States, slid down that long slippery slope and are now knocking at that Marxist/socialist door to which Obama has taken us. We, as a country can probably survive these four years, but if this goes beyond that point, none of us will be around for any recovery - at least not us older folks. I just don't understand how almost 59 MILLION people that voted for continuation of this man's reign can be so blind.
'Nuff said by me, it's over. Now we need to look at how to continue providing for us and our families so we can survive the upcoming crushing costs, taxes and destruction of personal liberties.Dave W
