I really believe we haven't seen much because of a few facts--$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
If this was an election year where an incumbent wasn't involved----well, maybe you would see some other names out there--
And for whoever gets in, we have a few life changing events to look forward to and possibly we should be starting to make plans for---the likely hood of WW3---imminent, possibly by the end of the week--It'll be a gulf war taking place in the gulfs--including gulf of mexico--

let's see , beef on the hoof , chickens, garden , good well , plenty of amo , yep i'm ready . but i dont see any nation out there with the naval power to enter the gulf. russian navy is worn out old stuff for the most part. china wants no part of war anywhere except next door. iran is a joke . problem is most of the ones raising all the hell are cowards who will run at first shot then send their children to fight. i am to the point now that just let them start it then end it fast. iran has already had a taste of our naval forces. they would have no navy or air force after 48 hours . i think it is time to just let the middle east implode once and for all .

I think its time for the tournament over there to determine the final outcome as they don't seem to want to get along---I just would like to see it happen without us involved--the whole south side of the Med Gulf to the equator and the PERSIAN desert--
And as for us, Cuba, Venezuela(oh thats the Carribean Sea for Venezuela) and the Mexican Cartels

they haven't finished their first war yet. the sunis and the shiites will never get along . they are already back at it in iraq . but i do think it is time to stop screwing with them and just let them blow each other to hell and gone.

The mid-east has been at war since the Old Testament days, who in their right mind thought that US intervention would change anything????
To Jerry's point, IF Iran has a nuke weapon and IF they have a delivery system to have the bomb hit Isreal, things will get ugly in a great big hurry, for sure! I still think, as I have since all this bs started, that it's high time to bring all our troops home and let the zealots fight each other over religion, as they have for centuries!!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

as long as the order was given, it would be a great sacrifice Dave, and we would put you on Mt. Rushmore---
Anybody else think O wants to stop using coal for electricity just so they can build a pile high enough for his monument to be head and shoulders above Mt Rushmore?

....Really good news ---- not!!!
"Air Force One – known in the military as VC-25 – costs $179,750 per flight hour alone in fiscal year 2012, Maj. Michelle Lai of the 89th Airlift Wing told ABC News.
That figure includes fuel, flight consumables, depot level repairs, aircraft overhaul and engine overhaul. Pilot and airmen salaries are not included because they are paid regardless of the plane's use, Lai said.
Obama's trip to Florida and back today will cost at least $674,000 in Air Force One flight time alone.
His three-day, three-state swing that included two official events and eight fundraisers, netting more than $8 million last week, incurred flight costs of $2.1 million, based on the Air Force figure and flight times gathered from press pool reports. "
Presidential Piggybacking: Obama Trips Combine Official, Political Business - ABC News
Doesn't this get you all warm and fuzzy when there are 23 MILLION either unemployed, underemployed or have just given up looking and are on public assistance or 'good will' from friends and relativesDave W

I sure as heck wouldn't bother flying around in that old tank if I was President.... I'd just call up one of them jet fighter jocks with a 2 seater and go with him!!!! I could get there quicker and cheaper, plus get to play with all them buttons, switches, and knobs on the way!!!!!!!!
I sorta learned how to fly a helicopter, them jets couldn't be all that different, could they??Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

I did say that if I was elected President that I would drive the car, fly the airplane, carry my own gun and my wife could fix me breakfast!!! Now for the order of the planes-----I'd like to do F16 or 18 first and second---that B747 I don't have a type rating for, but if until then, they could find a 37,27,57, 67 or B777(I was one of the first 100 to be rated on it)---or even a DC10 -
I did the fuel cost anaylsis when O and Biden both flew to Denver to sign a bill right after the inaguration with seperate planes, escorts, rerouting diverting delaying civilian flights-----they could of taken a bus

Dave I'm with you. Who wouldn't rather get a free flight in a F-16 or whatever they are flying these days! Plus all those buttons must be cooler than any video game!
I also agree that if nothing better comes up for the 2012 election than what we have right now, then we better start stock piling munitions and food, because riots are going to happen if we stay the course we are on. First the right to bear arms will go from slowly being taken away, to a rapid movement, via the UN. Next our health care will further decline, insurance will double, and only the free loaders will get free health care. Then whats left of our failing infrastructure, from roadways to aquaducts is going to fail, all the while we will be spending trillions of dollars to pay for people not to work, bleeding to death those who are working. Sad state of affairs. Here's a great idea, in order to collect unemployment, you have to perform a government service. I.E. road repair, national and state park maintenance, Boarder Patrol, Infrastructure repair, and when your done each week working, you get paid. Show up high or drunk and no paycheck!" "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.
