I like your closing, Glenn. As a leadership example when Reagan took office I really wondered how he was going to do - a Hollywood actor with no international experience. However, he very quickly used his strong leadership and powers of persuasion to surround himself with true talent - icons from business and industry who had proven their capabilities by leading their companies successfully. He could then rely on sound advice when things got tough, and with his acting background he had the speaking part down pat. He was very adept dealing with people at all levels, from leaders of other countries to the rank & file across the board. Turns out Regan was a pretty smart cookie, IMO.Roger
Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.
