Snopes is not a reliable source of facts. They are a part of the liberal left, hiding in the wings pretending to be neutral, but financed by George Soros who is a big Obama supporter. Snopes has been caught in several blatant lies, one recently regarding Supreme Court rulings. I'll never trust anything Snopes says again, regardless the subject.

The fact that every president has used the EO process is moot. The question is "What did they use the EO for?" Obama has used EO's to undermine the very foundation of our government, for personal gain.
