    Busy weekend in tucson!

Several car functions happening. Temps are really nice, and the boys are getting their toys out to play!

Here is a small outdoor show that happens every 2-3 weeks. There were many nice rods, muscle cars, and classics... but as I always do, I just took shots of a few of the "unexpected" cars and paintjobs.

The '57 was a tunnel ram smallbock 4-speed.... I think the Willys was 'glass, and had wheelie bars.... the '37 Ford had unusual flames following the top edge of the fenders.... and the '49-'52 Chevy is a style that I haven't seen in a very long time.

    More later. :-)

That old Bel Air with the flames is a really unique combination.... Haven't seen many where a chrome grille "works" with a painted bumper!!!! Also like the Buick look on the side of the hood!!!!! Those little coupe Willy's have always been right at the top of my 'wanta get one someday' list!!!!!

Thanks for the picks Jay, nice stuff!!!!!

Thanks for the pics. Seems the weather has warmed up a bit since Monday last week in Flagstaff!

Our winter weather, in the southern part of the state, is almost always warmer. Flagstaff is also much higher in altitude.

Yep. When we arrived on Wednesday, it was around 70 f. By the Monday it was 11F. But the snowfall was needed, I guess you guys are having a dry year like we are?

Yes. On the weather channel, they are showing a drought area just northwest of Tucson.

They keep saying we need rain..... but "I" don't need it! I grew up in the Midwest, and have seen enough. :-)
