Yeah, but it's a V8, 210 two door sedan. Where's that warehouse where these are supposed to be stored since new?Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon

What the cars or the rear bumpers..... sorry I don't know this story...... could you buy a car missing it's rear bumper back in 1957????I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

I think they found them but so much time has passed that they evolved into Priuses....298 Toyota Priuses found abandoned in Miami"It is not much good thinking of a thing unless you think it out." - H.G. Wells

Hmmmm.....this one raises more questions for me...
The shapely, aerodynamic piece is obviously some kind of replacement for the lopped off side mirror but I don't recognize it and can't tell if it actually has a mirror in it. Let's assume it does cause otherwise it's just more stupid!
The pic also doesn't reveal any visible means of attachment - no duct tape, medical tape, blue tape, frog tape or scotch......so enquiring minds wanna know what's holding it on there....
Also, nice use of "kluge," Bob! Must confess I had to look it up Kluge | Define Kluge at Dictionary.com"It is not much good thinking of a thing unless you think it out." - H.G. Wells
