A friend of mine has 4 in his garage ..Only one like that but no spoiler, just changed the clutch in it over the winter. One was a special ordered hounds tooth roof and interior (in brown and white), one of a kind.

I have always liked the lines of those, the older I get the better I like some of these. The cars of today are throw away, to me lack styling that will be missed in the future.
I have two brains, one is lost and the other is out looking for it

I agree with you guys, Todays cars for the most part are throw aways.
And I wouldn't mind cloning that car Dave.
I was just talking to a freind of mine out here that
went to see a lady after her husband died.
He had 3 old fords in there garage he was gonna restore.
    1 was a 66 ranchero, the second one was a 70 cougar,
and if I remeber right the third was a 70 something grand torino.
He said they were all big blocks, I said I am not sure a big block
would fit in the 66 ranchero. Anyway he said she only wanted
$6,000 for all three as a package deal. He said he only wanted the cougar.
She told him all or nothing, he said he didn't have room for all 3 and left.
He did say that they all 3 needed paint and interior work though.

Yeesh,,I would have given her $6000 for all three, then worried how I was going to get them in a box and bring them home.. But that would have been greedy...
