Hey Don, for about a month, I have been thinking about showing up in Dixie's yard and shouting "Surprise, remember me?" I would love to follow your red roadster across the country but I am not sure it is going to work out like I want. My daughter and her husband closed on a house last week. This weekend, he had the kitchen stripped to the walls and the two of us put in a complete new kitchen including appliances. They have a couple of more rooms to do and likely they will want help moving. I don't see it all finishing until the weekend of the show. If it changes, I will give you a call, otherwise give a Hot Rod Howdy to the rest of the Greybeards. Enjoy your ride as I know you will.

Don, stupidity struck in the middle of the night and I have a FleaBay Thunderbird being delivered from Calif. next week. That takes my trip to Tampa off the books.
Pull your hat down, take the top off, and rip the dotted line all the way to Flordia. It does folks good to see a red streak with big ass tires pass them. Enjoy your trip.

Have a good and safe trip but isn't it against Hot Rod Cruizin Rule #RT593652 to travel East thru the South and not stop at eat dead pig ribs in Memphis? Seems like I read that somewhere in the by-laws or on a Snap On Catalog??????

Stop outside Mobile Alabama and eat 5 lbs of crawfish, with a side of boiled corn and cornbread, all washed down with a large mug of sweet tea.
