another project? you betcha this time a vega
well now i am up to 3 projects! well 4 if you count the digger but it is in blueprint status LOL. me and dad bought a very clean 76 vega gt about 5 or 6 years ago, wee i bought out his half of the deal and now has this cherry rust free vgea staring at me. again? haha! i am thinking 5.3 ls with a cam and leave it FI and have some fun with it. also looking at using an old saginaw 4 speed for now then later a t56 or the equal. i am thinking of rearend choices as well hmmmmm
i figured dave might like this one we are both project hounds

V8 Vega's are COOL! I wish I had the little '76 Vega Wagon that I had back in the mid-80's! Pictures! We need Pictures!!Roger

Likewise..i bought,well,dealt myself a Vega wagon about 14 years back,,but I had a few things on the go at the time,,and someone came along and offered me a deal on it,,,so,,,,I went back down the road..Wish I had kept it,cos it would have been a good little cruiser with a mild SBC and auto..Micah 6:8
If we aren't supposed to have midnight snacks,,,WHY is there a light in the refrigerator???

Vega wagons are super cool. Unfortunately, my 74 is a notchback, but it was clean and local ( eBay ).
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

Falcon, there are rust free Vegas on evilbay every day, you just have to be willing to pry open the wallet..
