They changed our forecast too this afternoon, not predicting near that amount but it sounds like we'll at least get enough to have to get the shovel out again!!!!! I sure am ready for Spring!!!!!

Yeah, it doesn't look good! We're right at the transition from the purple to brown, mid-way between Lawrence and Payola....Snow.jpg

We awoke this morning to the new snow, and this time it came down wet and sticky brought in with some wind so we had some drifting. Heard several cracks & crashes from the back woods, but have not been back there yet to assess the status. Just got the 300' driveway knocked down, just in time for the next little storm that's supposed to bring another couple of inches this afternoon and evening.

Every little twig is stacked high! The tree house seems to be fine

Even the net on the basketball goal is filled up! Don't think I've ever seen THAT before!

The mandatory shot of Bones! He's a great dog!

These snows are about too much for the little tractor & blade! Only got up the driveway by taking angled bites, pushing bit by bit to the sides. Ran into a drift across the top of the rise from the road that had to have been 20"! Luckily it was only about ten feet wide

I sure am glad that we didn't that here. Springfield recorded 2 inches or so while 35 miles or so north had around 5 inches.
