Petrolhead NZ!!
So a couple of months back johnboy sent me a copy of their local hot rod rag, Petrolhead, and suggested that if I took a picture of myself reading it Alistair would likely publish it to show the magazine coverage into the USA. Long story short, Here's the cover of the March 18 issue:

And this from Page 53!!

Here's a "set up" shot in the barn:

And the actual picture I sent Alistair to go International:

Thanks, jb!! What a hoot!!Roger

You too can be world famous in NZ..
Because we advertise in the Petrolhead,,we get 25 copies delivered,to give away, each month..They turn up at about 6.30 AM,Monday morning,,and one of the first things I do,is to open the bundle, and have a quick look through the latest issue.. First thing I saw in the letters dept. was..''We are in Kansas''...Huuhhh?? Oh,look,,there's Roger..Quite kool..Hey,,please be patient,guys..Take a number and we will get to you all,in time...Micah 6:8
If we aren't supposed to have midnight snacks,,,WHY is there a light in the refrigerator???

You're an international star! Congrats!
That's pretty cool to share hot rod love with the other side of the world.

You're welcome mate!
I told you it would give you 'Boasting Rights' on here that no-one else has.
I doubt that anyone else on here has had their car and themselves given pride of place in a New Zealand Hot-Rod publication...almost made centre-fold even.
I'm just surprised you didn't hear the ''YAHOO" that emanated from our place at your place when I saw it!
I'm really pleased for you that Alistair saw fit to publish it!
(Can we call you a 'show-rodder' now?)

DaveS, I fear it's going to take more than a set-up shop shot to make THIS country boy any kind of star, for sure!!Roger
