the new toy *warning late model*

was fartin around the other night found a nice clean hi miles 2005 gto threw my numbers out there got told yes. so will be going in 2-3 weeks to pick it up and drive it back! ever since the first time i drove one of these i fell in love with them. they are a pig when it comes to weight but i still know how to go fast

i made sure to get an 05. the 2004 is the 5.7 ls1 also no hood scoops which can be made functional the 05 and 06 has the 6.0 ls2. and 2005 is the only year of yellow with the ls2. so best of both worlds for me they still dont look as good as a 66-67 gto. but fun none the less!!

It may not be a "real Goat", but that is one of only a few of the crop from the past decade that ever got my attention. Don't let it get ya' in trouble.

i love holden machines what can i say! i like UTE'S monaros and the commodores which was a g8 pontiac here in the states. they make great autocross/road racers out the box. but i plan on going in more of a straight line with the oll gal.

if the monaro body pieces werent so much money to import and etc, id convert it to a monaro nose and tail just to be different!

Make sure you keep the emissions hardware stored. When you go to resell you'll be thankful you did.

Check your O2 sensor locations before you start cutting out cats, too. You might find that you have feed forward/feed back sensors, and without the cats the ECU may go into a 'limp home" mode that you won't like. Not sayin' it's true, but checking before you pull is prudent, and today's high flow cats aren't as bad as they're made out to be....

I can ask if you like..The stuff is lying on the ground here..Commodore bits are well priced..All we need is to find the right shipper..We have enough stuff coming down here..Should be able to reciprocate..
