Anyone watch the Bristol race?
I thought Rousch had a winner with Carl Edwards. He was the class of the field 'til a valve spring took a dump!
Then Casey Kahne looked like he was gonna win it but Kenseth had enough tire left to hold'em off!
Typical Bristol... with all the name calling thrown in!

In an interview with Speed Sport magazine, he sort of implied he was tired of being the 2nd team driver and that he was just more or less bored at Roush and wanted a team where his input would be more important! I wonder if when at Roush you're relegated to being "just another driver" and expected to just do your job and keep your mouth shut??? Since day one at Gibbs, Kenseth has been all smiles and very much confident about winning some races! Sometimes change is good!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

I'll agree that change can be good! I remember back in the late 70's when teams began discussing multi-car teams and how it'll never work because no one can play second fiddle wether it's percieved or reality!
Roush made it work the longest I think.. but drivers will always be to competitive and bitch about "the other guy" having the best equipment or crew chief or..... And Roush had 5 at one time, then NASCAR said 4 would be max...
Perhaps the reality should become that there should be 3? The old driver/mentor... the young guy.. and then the up and coming rookie...
But, "they" never ask for my advice do they??? ROFL..

Yesterday's bombshell...........................a demonstration of why partnerships don't usually work. Kurt Busch to SHR, and Smoke was smokin'!! Wonder how long it will take for Tony to figure out a way to divorce Haas and leave him with Busch while Tony moves the rest? It does shake up the silly season dominoes though............Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon
It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
Luck occurs when preparation and opportunity converge.

Hmmmm... that's one way of puttin' it Bob.. Smoke was smokin'! HAH! rofl..
I love the part where Jerry Haas says "if he don't like it, he can leave the building! And even better is that Harvick gets to be his new TEAM MATE!
