    Speedway Motors Customer service!

Thumbs up for Speedway Motors customer service from a Norwegian customer!
I ordered the Roadster top iron frame kit for 28-34 Roadster, but they sent me the T-Ford iron kit instead. These kits are rather bulky, so the oversea freight cost to Norway is high.

Shortly after I contacted them, they shipped the correct kit for free, (also covered the freight cost), and I could just keep the T-Ford kit, because of the high return freight cost.

That’s what I call good customer service!

All of my experience with Speedway Motors has been good, and I'm glad that your experience was a good one, too!

By the way, I should have changed my avatar photo! The car became road legal 10th of August. Plans for the Winter is paint (same color as on the frame rails) and a tan colored canvas top.

Thanks for the kind words! It has worked well so far. The Supertrapp exhaust ends are switched out because of exhaust smell while driving.

And I have changed the front springs 3 times. The ones supplied from Fatman was way too soft. But now they are perfect.

Thanks for the Speedway report. I have also had nothing but good service and parts from them.

Also, it's nice to see an update on your great looking '34, staleg.

Thats a very cool looking Roadster, glad you got it on the road and driving it like it was meant to be.. Also glad to hear that the USA companys are taking care of you... I haven't bought too much from speedway as Summit is so close to where i live and get great service out of them...

I buy most of my stuff from Summit, and they are ok. Another US speedshop with good customer service is Pirate Jack. Link:

I bought an 120$ aluminum master cylinder from him that leaked around the piston. He just sent me another one, covered the freight cost, and I didn't have to return the first one.

Only thing bad that I have bought from Speedway was a stainless coolant reservoir which due to some bad packaging had a lightly marred cap. Wasn't a big enough deal for me to even call on them, but I know that it would have been handled correctly if I had called.

I bought the majority of my parts from Speedway when I built my truck. They gave me great customer service including advice through the whole project.
