I have it from a few Great Friends that I know that there are some mighty fine & kind hearted people that hang out here. I know this because I have known all of you for a VERY VERY long time & even know that some of you have been naughty but all of you have a kind heart. So I'm asking for some help because I can only do so much on my own. Two members here at CHR have already stepped up to the plate & helped me out with my mission at hand.
I had a close friend come to me about a needy family and asked if I could help. I asked her what was wrong & was needed then jumped into action, actually I walked. I'm a bit slower these days.

Here's the story told by another Secret Santa's Helper.....

Posting for HELP FOR A FAMILY IN NEED. A close friend of my daughter needs lots and lots of prayers and financial help. Their son Baylee is 12 and has cerebral palsy, confined to a wheel chair and needs care 24 hour a day. Her husband Steve has cancer of the nose and mouth so bad they removed his nose and just has a huge hole there now. He gets chemo 5 days a week. She had to quit her job to stay home and take care of her sick husband and son. They didn't ask for help and didn't tell anybody how bad things were, until my daughter ran into Emily and she hadn't eaten in 4 days so her son and husband could eat. This makes me cry! Why in this country should this be happening to good hard working people. Please pray, pray and pray some more for this family. They are trying to find a place to set up to send gift cards for Walmart, Schnucks, Shop N Save r Walgreens, so they can get food, clothes and medication. If you know me, please send a gift card to me or Amanda. She can't post on her site because Emily doesn't want to ask for a hand out. She is not on my facebook page. You can private message me for my address. No matter how small if you can find it in your heart, please help them. It would be nice to put a little note with the gift card but you can just send a gift card."

If you would like to help please send it to Amanda's address below & she is their friend & has been the contact with the family for Secret Santa since she lives so close to the. She will get everything to the family.
I sent my gift card in a USPS Priority Envelope to keep it safe. Then put "Steve, Emily & Baylee" on the cards envelope w/the card inside and signed it "Merry Christmas from Santa Claus"
