Gun control
Buying ammo
Will we be able to defend ourselves with laws like this?
> It has already started at Dick's Sporting Goods Store.
>
> There was a bit of confusion at their store this weekend.
> When I was ready to pay for my purchase of some bullets,
> the cashier said, "Strip down, facing me."
> Making a mental note to complain to the NRA about these gun
> control whackos running amok, I did just as she had instructed.
>
> When the hysterical shrieking and alarms finally subsided,
> I found out that she was referring to how
> I should place my credit card in the card-reader.
>
> I have been asked to shop elsewhere in the future.
>
> They need to make their instructions to us seniors a little clearerCharlie

Here in Arizona, we have legal open carry, legal concealed carry WITHOUT a permit, and we also have concealed carry permits for those going to states with an agreement with Arizona. Nothing has changed that I can see, good guys still obey the rules and bad guys dont. And you think it would be different?

i see no reason for concealed carry like we have here. until recently if the shadow of your gun was seen they could bust you. stupid damn law to begin with. i would think open carry would deter more crime.

I'll just stick to rifles given that I live in the sticks and really don't need a pistol.. Put money down on an HRA M1 Garand the other day..
Friend of mine applied for her pistol permit 6 months ago and just got notification that it was approved a month or so ago. Her permit still has not come.. That's for a permit saying it's legal to own a pistol. It's another mile of paperwork for a CCWYou don't know what you've got til it's gone

I went down to CMP in Feb and picked one out and they next day air it to you--had to delay it for a week so I could get home--did take 600 rounds match ammo with me tho----
then end of month also got springfield M1A ( M14) from Cabella and a ruger mini 30 from gun show--probably got a bright marker on my roof since I bought 3 guns in 30 days ( well 28 days of Feb) and since then all those magazines-----------
Merry Christmas ya'll
