Saw one of those at a show last summer but it had a built 383 SBC sitting midships where the back seat is now.... I expect it's a handful to drive, but fun!!Roger
Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

Neat little cars, just don't overdrive the turns! I had a '64 many moons ago, fun to drive and really good traction in yucky weather. They're used to be some really neat speed parts out for them, would be fun to find a nice one just for a driver toy again some day!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

looks like a good place to put a big block in for a back seat driver. my mom had a gold one ran great in the snow and one hell of a good heater in it . granddad love them cars must of had over 20 of them and could tell were he parked them they leaked abit of oil . the valve covers leaking were a common deal with themIrish Diplomacy ..the ability to tell someone to go to Hell ,,So that they will look forward to to the trip

I had a '62, but not for long. The engine, trans and rear suspension went into my '61 VW. I changed the engine to a turbo model and did the chrome myself. In it's last incarnation, I was running 27 psi of boost with water injection. The engine is still being used, back in my home town but without the turbo.
I also made the carburetor manifold from a solid block of aluminum, on a Bridgeport mill in my high school shop. I ran a Rochester 4-barrel to start with, but later changed to a 500 cfm 2-barrel.
