    Somewhere we have a pic of Bones, taken when we were following Roger's '33, and Bones was leaning out the r/h side window.
    It's not very good; was shot through the car windscreen, and as well I didn't want to get too close to Roger . . . so it's shot from 100 ft. or so back.
    But you can still see who it is.

    And the noise when following that car is
    absolutely
    bloody
    gorgeous
    music!!

    Just wish I'd had the recorder there!

    Some mistakes are too much fun to be made only once.
    I don't know everything about anything, and I don't know anything about lots of things.

    Bones is a beauty. Looks like he'd make an excellent bird dog too! I like his natural point stance in the snow!

    Yeah, the Vizsla was bred in Hungary as an upland game dog, specifically for bird hunting. A breeding female arrived in the US in early 1950, and the new owner in Kansas City arranged for a male to follow six months later. He established the breed in the US, and they have become very popular with hunters and as family pets through the years.

    There's at least one breeder listed in NZ if you google Hungarian Vizsla New Zealand.
