I dont want to put anyone here on the spot and I know this is a subject to tread lightly with so if the Mod's feel it is too much feel free to remove it. Im just really upset and dont know where to go with this...

Hummm where to start?

I was surprised a few weeks ago to find a competitor in business pulling some shady stuff. I found that when the pointer hovered over pics for my business on Bing and Google images that the thread was re directed to their web site? I did some home work and found where it was linked from and who's site it was being ran from. Being a business owner I was thinking that the company that was doing the dirty deed probably had one of there over zealous web kids do this on his own. So I was really surprised when I called to confront them and found that their web Guru was the business owner.

After a few minutes of her rants I knew it was going no where fast on the phone so I had my IT guy contact their web hosting company and had the illegal threads disabled. It was done within 5 minutes after he contacted them. My hope was that they would be embarrased and take it down and no one would need to know. Now almost 2 weeks later the flaming gun is still smoking and they still haven't taken off the damaged goods. Only now the link wont transfer to their site. So being somewhat inexperienced with this type of stuff what Should my next point of action be? They haven't taken it off yet so they obviously don't seem to care? Any insight would be appreciated. Heck they even linked the sign that hangs on the front of my buildingto their web site! Some 20 plus images were hijacked for who knows how long... For those of you in business look over your on line images often to insure that the business that it generates is not stolen.
