2014 Ford Escape
My wife had difficulty getting into our 2010 escape, so I sprung for a 2014 with the 2.0L turbo charged engine. I'm impressed with this little turbo motor. It has 240 HP and 270 lbs-ft of torque. It goes!
In low gear on the six-speed transmission, the final drive ratio is 14.07:1. To have that same final drive ratio, my '68 GTO with M20 Muncie would have needed a 5.49 rear gear.
All that from a motor that's the size of two large Coke bottles.

We traded the F-150 (and it's 32 gallon gas tank) for an Escape last year. Same deal, wifes car... She don't let me near it usually..
