    Hanging my head in shame...

Before I get booted off of the forum for my abuse of it I want to apologize. After considerable time here with a good number of posts already I have a serious flaw, I cant seem to stop hitting the "Post Blog" button that is cleverly placed just above the "Post Reply" button in a similarly shaped box. The intent is to touch the shadowed "Post Reply" button when done with the post. I for some reason cant seem to get it right? I have no idea where the Blog post goes when the wrong button is pressed and ultimately gets launched into blogdom ville somewhere? Whats the difference in a Blog and the forum anyway? All I know is the screen looks different when I hit the wrong button, A few choice words slip out through my lips, and for a split second I'm paralyzed! Then I jump into damage control trying to reverse the malfunction. To be honest, I just copy and paste my response to the "forum Post Reply" and act like I did nothing wrong... Is it working? I can only imagine what you who are bloging must be thinking when out of the blue my random post appears. Anyway I'm sure I'm the only one with this issue and will try to get it straightened out prior to my dismissal. Thanks its been fun.

Took me a while to figure out what you meant by the "blog post" being above the box you use for "post reply" because I never use either button. I simply start typing in the "Quick Reply" box, then hit the "Post Quick Reply" in the lower right corner, or if I want to add pictures, smiley's, or something else I hit "Go Advanced" in the same corner and a new box opens for the advanced features. I'd never really paid attention to the "Post Reply" box to the left, and I have no idea where blog entries reside or what they are intended to be, but I do see a "Blogs" tab at the top of the page with "Home", "Forum", etc, etc and the first four or five pages of "Blog Entries" have a bunch of your posts......

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

When I do unplanned things like that I am reminded of my date of birth and hope they understand. If they don't then they will if they live long enuff. Maybe this one could be moved to the CRS thread.

Believe me, you are not the only one to make that mistake.

As for where your misguided posts end up

Wow, after following that link to blogsville that mrmustang was kind enough to post up I don't feel so bad. Think most of the posts over there are accidental? Mostly mine!
