I had the traditional Holiday spat with the family so I think Im going to pass on the meal and commune with the most high God In my shop while working and giving thanks for all the awesome things in my life!
Friday I'm taking another peek at the Barter "Thing"... I think Ive have discussed it here?
Saturday is clean the yard day.

Heck no, today is Wednesday and remains Wednesday!! The day after Turkey Day is Transformation Friday, when we have to work all day on swapping the house from "normal" to "Christmas", and moving it up two days might throw the whole Holiday Season, and even the World Calendar into a tailspin. Don't talk crazy here!!Roger
Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

I will be at work. My Bride has fixed a great meal, which I am Thankful she prepared all night last night, and some of today, so we can have real turkey instead of processed they give us.
Hope All Is Well with you & The Fam!!
God Bless,
and pass the cranberries ;-)

been cleaning and getting ready all week and tomorrow morning I"ll put the deboned 10# Turkey that's stuffed with Shrimp and Rice Dressing and Cajun herbs and seasonings in the Oven for 3.5 hours so I can get out of the way and let the Wiffy bake her famous Veggie Tray. She prepared a big pot of Lima beans today. After she's thru I'll do some Shrimp and Crab stuffed Jalapenos plus some Crab Au Gratin at the last minute. Her sons are bringing pies and veggie trays and ETC and our hopefully future Daughter In Law will be here with a Ham, green bean casserole, pecan pie and her parents and niece who are in from China. We had her Brother and his wife and friends last year and we lovingly called it the Asian Invasion. Should be a fun day of visiting, eating and thanking God for the many blessing he has bestowed on us this year.
Have a great Thanksgiving, Y'all,
Em.
