the Cars of "The Waltons"
I am a huge "Waltons" fan and viewer and there are plenty of reruns to satisfy my hunger. Most of the reason I watch it is because of the hard yet simple life style they lived which was a lot like what I grew up with and also heard about from my Elders.
I've always wondered about all the Cars, Trucks, Buses, Motorcycles and Etc that were on the Series so today I went looking and found out quickly that there were plenty of Vintage Tin to look at.
IMCDb.org: "The Waltons, 1972-1981": cars, bikes, trucks and other vehicles
Couldn't find much information about who was in charge of finding and routing these vehicles in and out of the series but it had to have been a Cool Job.

Cool who would of known so many cars were featured on the show! Like the Zepher" "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.

Crikey!
That's a long list of cars alright Emm!
But...
Maybe I'm being picky...
Shouldn't the larger Caterpillar tractor have been cable rather than hydraulic?
I've always thought hydraulic blades didn't come in to common usage until quite well after WW II...

I'm working through the series now. Got it all on disc. Lots of cool cars. I love the feeling of comfort the show brings.
I gotta say: if I were the director, I'd have had the boys pumping weights. No way they would have been that spinpley, working in a lumber mill..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

Always liked the truck John Walton had.
There's something about the ol' crank at the front of them that has intrigued me since I was a kid!!
Just love them...
Thank you Roger. .
