North West Texas is in the a Tornado warning right now and our friend Shine looks to be in the middle of it. Be safe Shine!

it went north of me by maybe 1/2 mile or less if i were to guess. i was out on the porch and could hear the freight train .

7 in of rain and still raining. too muddy to venture very far but it looks like i have some trees down. corn is beat down again.

No garden for me so far this year. Rain was plentiful, lots of early gardeners got heart broke this spring. I might pick up some plants after this big blow comes past, after it beats up Carolinas..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

Glad to hear it missed you Shine! I have a friend in Durango Co and he sent me pics yesterday of the snow and he wasn't thrilled. I have some co-workers that live in OKC and those guys keep getting the nasty stuff. 8" or fain in a few hours and more tornados, poor folks.Ryan

Sad to hear you guys getting it a bit rough up there,still.. We are heading into our winter,now..Just had another good dose of rain here,,thunder/lightning,etc.. Too much more rain,,and Johnboys house might slide down the mountain...Micah 6:8

the house on the cliff that was abandoned and burned last year fell into the lake . they burned it so no debris would fall into the lake . nothing left but the slab. no a huge chunk of the cliff fell in from all the rain i guess. big sinkhole in granbury . crazy weather .

well the garden looks like it will survive . i plant twice a year here. fall garden does well.
good friend in morrison co was shoveling snow this weekend .
sadly we lost some folks this time . people need to get into the cellar in these storms .
