Yes Robin, now you mention that I believe a certain '32 Roadster from the Hawera area has been trailed to a show or two but then the owner does have three children plus a wife to find seating for so I can except that. There is probably others but on the whole, we New Zealanders do drive our cars.
Oh, shall I go get that rusty razor blade out of the tool box now ?I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

Well hell, there is no excusing that single fella as I am amazed looking at the faceache page at the old photo's of Vandal being driven all around both Islands and it was and still is a top build car . John Reid is not only a top builder of Hot Rods but drives the heck out of his creations.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

That must be bullshit Robin as when I was down there last I enjoyed the roads and to this day, as soon as the Bucket is back on the road and I don't have Mum to look after, I will be driving down the " Forgotten Highway " in it and the other place I have never explored is the coastal road all the way around Mt Egmont. Oh, sorry, Mt Taranaki.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

Wow what a great variety of cars! Thanks for posting all the pics! I have to say my favorites were the gasser Willys, the funky Edsel wagon and the studebakers, only because I don't get to see those very often!" "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.

It is,Mark..It's his little excuse,though.. And,,,yes,,,correct... Mt.EGMONT...
The coastal road is a little boring,,and if ya tackle the Forgotten World Highway,,take some extra gas with you,,150km without a petrol station...and no cellphone coverage,,means you could be whisked away by the ''natives'' Hmmm..Duelling Banjoes comes to mind...Micah 6:8

I wanted to complain about this NZ slang business, but I see it was resolved before it mattered. LOL..
