Wrong place
I think I have put my earlier thread about the 47 Rack and Pinion into the wrong forum anyway to get it changed over to the right one. Sorry about that .The BUCKSTER

Welcome to the forum! No one gets too hung up around here about which forum things rest in, unlike some other places where that seems to be a major issue. There're a couple of guys with a ton of Chrysler experience here, and one of them should jump on your question when they make it in to see new posts.Roger
Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

Welcome aboard from me also. While we aren't usually the fastest in replies, we are the most "well rounded" bunch on the internet! We all like mechanical things and of course.... making them better!
Like Mr.Spears, I'm not a mopar guy.. but I'm thinking the measurements are a good point to start with. Have you made a print of what you need? Maybe the WWW has some scans with dimensions that would aid in what you're trying to accomplish?
It's a thought!?!?

Fellas fellas fellas, all I can say after that Bigfoot in my mouth comment is I'm definitely at the right place . It's nice to be in a forum that carries a little humor with it. The only thing I can say on my behalf is I'm 62 years old and yes I have made it that far, I have been in construction all my life, I've never messed with a computer until about six months ago and it's still not a computer I'm working off a tablet and I'll try not to have any more brain freezes. Thank you so much for your threads they made my afternoon. The BUCKSTER

No worries.. and just to be a stickler.. we made "posts" in your "thread", I'm glad you found us - we enjoy laughing at ourselves.
Well.. most of us do anyway!
Getting closer on this project. What a lot of work!
