Raining In My Heart written by Felice and Boudleaux Bryant and the "B" side of It Doesn't Matter Anymore was released shortly after "The Day The Music Died". If I'm not mistaken it was the last studio recording released and I played the hell out of the 45. It still almost brings tears to my eyes.Ken Thomas

RE: MelloYello's post: We called the knob on the steering wheel a necker's knob for the same "arm around your honey" reason. Remember teaching her to shift when you pushed in the clutch? We called the fake whitewalls "mouse walls"....don't know where the term came from
Remember paying the muffler shop to weld pipe cap cutouts on your exhaust?
Remember pulling out the choke to make the car sound meaner at idle?
Remember buying 327 emblems to replace the 283 V on a Chevy?
Remember turning the air cleaner top over?
Remember dingleberries? Why did they ever exist?
How about the fuzzy rear view mirror cover?
Remember the clip on air diverter that was sometimes called a "ball cooler"?
