Being able to record the show and fast forward through the commercials sure helps Jack. Man, that is a bad wreck for sure. Those rocks sure don't give........ I'm not going to get in a debate of street racing, but how many motor heads haven't done racing on the street in some fashion? Sure, the show depicts a BS picture of how it really is. But the networks would never show how it really is because they'd be shut down and in the court rooms I bet.

I was going to use the WWE as an analogy.. but maybe yours "fits better"!

Sadly I've not outgrown it.. hence I call mine citation.. if I lived in the 405 (or near it) I'd be there watching or maybe participating. Yes, competition can be addictive!

For me, for the most part there is seldom anything more worthwhile to have on in the background. I used to have the attention span of a gnat, but the gnat took it back. It is rare for me to be able to focus long enough to actually watch and pay attention to a whole show.

The closest connection to a celebrity I had was an uncle who had a small part in the movie Attica. But another uncle was Richard Burton's chauffeur for a short time, and was shot at by L.T.

Final Overhaulin' is on tonite for me... at 9 pm eastern.

Car Sharks.. whatever.. it's good for the mindless I guess.

It's on TV so.. "they" consider it entertaining. If "they" were to make it worth watching by "our" standards.. it probably wouldn't make it to a second show!

I figured that Overhaulin' was done, when Velocity posted "Say it's not OVERhaulin'" on social media. Too bad, as the portion of good was much greater than the drama of their lame jokes. I still watch FantomWorks some, and Bitchin' Rides, but couldn't take the "More Bitchin' Rides" where they re-did the shows with off takes and silliness to fill time. Not good. If Dallas Car Sharks is supposed to be a snapshot of the locals then I'll stay home in Kansas....

This isn't car related, but is a good low drama/silliness, show that I've been watching the last 2 seasons. Do any of you watch The Curse of Oak Island? I've been intrigued to see what these guys unearth. I also wathced Snake Island, which was only one season I believe. Those were/are some crazy son of a guns. I wouldn't be caught on there without an air raid of snake be gone dropped on that island for 6 months.

Assmonkey .. That's funny. He loves to lowball people, but cries a river when it happens to him.

I generally like Bitchin' Rides. Dave Kindig is in the same class as Chip Foose for talent, but Kevin Schiele, the shop manager, is just NOT funny.

Coincidentally, I just had a Famous Amos chocolate cookie - and no, Kevin didn't give it to me.
