I hope you all had a great Christmas! I got on here Christmas eve to try and post these but the site was having issues. The kids loved their gifts, and my parent's loved the bed too. Here are pictures of the work bench, tent, kitchen and bed. I've got other pictures but will have to add them after I charge my phone.Ryan

Here ya' go, Ryan! Since you're into fabricating (started to say "making", but your wife would take issue with that) beds, here's another option for that truck project that keeps dragging out.

It's already a catch'all so why not? There are plans for a tractor bed for the boys. I really dig the truck bed like that. I happen to have an extra cab and bed too. HahaRyan

Ryan, Roger, MikeP et al, what marvellous objects have you come up with this year?

Johnboy, we haven't started on the gift projects yet but my wife is ready. She's on me pretty severely to get going on them. I'm avoiding cutting wood in the garage until my last engine is built. Hopefully by this weekend that will be going into it's truck and we can get started. I think we are resurfacing an old table, building some bench seats for her mother, and I forgot what else.Ryan

Do the tail lights work?.

No real Christmas projects this year. Cade is getting a few more tools, he wants to leave his set of tools here but needs a few things so he can work on his bicycle and such at home. Austin's a bit young yet so depending on how much interest he shows during the summer he may get a tool box next Christmas.
Austin and Elise both love to read (they have a mom who is raising the right!!!! ......so I've got a few books on order.
Speaking of that time of year, I'll be letting the outside faucets drip a little bit tonight for the first time this year and I just topped off the fuel tank for the waste oil heater in the shop.
.I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

We're getting a late start on the home made Christmas presents this year because I have been too busy with working on trucks. Here is the first project. It is for my wife's parents. It's all done but some sanding. I think we'll be building a bigger one after Christmas for one of her brothers and his wife.Ryan

About all the Christmas gifts I'm making will be Christmas cards with my nieces and nephews.
Construction paper glue and glitter. Should be fun..
