SPI universal clear .
we are moving to retire . texas property taxes are high . but ours are frozen and not really bad but property values are skyrocketing . i bought this farm as an investment for retirement and it is time to cash out . we can buy a nice home on some acreage and put some money away . plan is to just have a small shop to do my own stuff .

That sounds great. ..wishing you the best of luck...been to Oklahoma a few times and liked it there....I can relate about taxes being high...here in Illinois they are just crazy! Election coming and I'm sure the taxes will go up again! One of the gubernatorial candidates is talking about a mileage tax! Time for me to move along also!I thought I knew a lot, until I had teenagers!

as can be seen by the most current election and the fact that Texas is starting to turn blue. Idiots leave CA because the cost of living is driven too high by tax happy leftist extremists, then they go and vote the same type of morons into office in the state they escaped to and start creating the same environment there.
I can't wait to get the hell out of CA, 3 more years until the kid graduates high school, I won't pull her out and move her, want her to finish in one place, then I'm headed to TN.
Thank you Roger. .
