the turning texas blue thing has been going on for 50 years. dont see it happening with our economy . what needs to happen is drug test/worl for welfare . i have watched the democrats create the entitlement vote since LBJ .
the texas economy is so hot it is drawing folks from everywhere . my land values have skyrocketed to the point it is time to move on. my plan was always to live here 20 years and retire . 20 years came this summer so i'm on track .

You might be doing her a favor if you did pull her out.
It would be three years less liberal brainwashing..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

yeah, unfortunately it's not that simple, I wish it was. we went through a lot to get her into this school, it is a high school that specializes in Music and Composing. She is a gifted musician, started playing piano at age 3, at age 14 is writing and composing music. She plays 5 instruments at a very high level, way beyond a normal high school level. Her marching band and symphony band took First Place in the State and National Finals over the past 3 weeks, as they have for the past 6 years. It is one of the best Music Academies in the country, ranked in the top 10 High Schools in the country.
I won't pull her out at this point,
sorry for hi-jacking the thread, no back to your regularly scheduled programming..

Good choice for the family. Now that you are staying, how about shooting SPI Black on my driver Mercury?
64,000 mile grandfather car that was inherited by the grandson and shot flat black with stupid black wheels.

Flat black, couple of runs that you don't notice until looking close. I haven't got a clue as to brand or type. At least it was not spray can. The body does not appear to have any damage ever. I was told that by the grandson and after looking with eyes and hands, I believe it. Car door dings are non existent since the chrome moldings took the hits. It is a no rust car since it was garaged all its life and never driven in the snow or rain. I am used to finding minimal rust cars here in the southwest but this one is truly the best one I have ever seen for the age. Except for the drivers arm rest the interior is like new.
My object is to make it shiny again and just enjoy the car as a driver. Putting disc brakes and dropped spindles on it now and might punch a couple of louvers in the hood. Oh, no air conditioning so will make up an assembly and put that in also.
I like the SPI paint and results but only a few guys like yourself are aware of it and the results you can get with it. This is just a car for fun.Last edited by Scooting; 12-21-2018 at 12:19 PM.
