i am back again
been awhile since i have posted. I have had a couple of cars since the first monte but none of them sparked my interest. So i just fixed them and sold them. Went in for a tweeking of my anxiety disorder. doc said that i have ptsd and I needed to get back into cars as that is what made me happy and content. when my husband and sons heard that they got together and went and brought back my first monte. it is in rough shape. it is all there but I am back to square one. I know that any members here that lives on the east coast knows that we have been getting a lot of rain. The windows were left down. the exhaust was cut off and the dash gauges are all damaged. all the wiring has been pulled and the front clip has been removed. with all that said I could not be any happier. What the men in my life have done for me is amazing. so get ready boys and girls for a lot of questions. It feels great to be back.Last edited by jyardgirl; 05-15-2016 at 03:28 AM.

I'm very pleased to see you posting again, Barb. What a pleasant surprise!!!!! Do you have any initial plans for the MC, or are you just going to go sit by it in a chair and dream? That's what I used to do. I'd put this idea and that idea through my head and see which one made me grin the widest.

Sounds like the car was well on its way to the scrapyard.
My Dodge (73 charger) was in the same condition when I saved it. Well, it was a roller, but about the only thing yours needs which mine didn't was maybe the wiring, and mine needed repair.
Good luck, may it bring you peace, and dirty fingernails..
